Believe it or not, there seems to have been a gap in information! Have you ever tried to gather info on different boards? If so, you have probably noticed that it’s not all that easy unless you're just interested in what you can find in the pop culture ads and magazines.
Not any specs or anything technical is in the pages; not even basic configurations. All that's here are pictures of recording consoles that have been made over the past century, but sometimes that's the most memorable thing - what something looks like.
With an end to the century we are seeing a severe change in the process of recording. The big huge analog beasts are being replaced with wonder machines that take up very little space. This site is mainly all about those beasts, and a few wonder machines.
All the photos have been scavenged from the net and other sources. If you think you see a pic of your studio or a board you were selling, you probably do. If you have a problem with it being here just send mail and it can be removed.
Contribute! If you have any photos of recording consoles you don't see here, send them along with a manufacturer/model number and they'll be added.
